A Photographic Safari to the Maasai Mara, Kenya , Early March 2019

A mind-blowing photographic safari to the Maasai Mara in Kenya, lead by expert wildlife photographers David Lloyd and Richard Peters. Although this trip, for two weeks, concentrated on the big cats - lion, leopard, cheetah and civet cat - there were numerous opportunities to photograph the rest of the big five as well as the numerous antelope, bird-life and small stuff. Of particular interest were the opportunities provided by early morning and late evening light and the chances to observe and photograph the intimate interactions between these delightful creatures. Our sincere thanks to the kindly staff at Entim camp, to the Maasai warriors who escorted us at night, to the expert and knowlegeable drivers, and especially, to David and Richard for their organisation, advice, patience and coaching.
